My approach to counselling is flexible and adaptable to each client's needs.
The foundation of my approach is building a positive and supportive relationship with my client, and then bringing in tools and techniques to address specific needs.
Some of the therapy approaches I use include:
EFT (emotionally-focused therapy)
ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy)
EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing)
GSERD-affirming (gender, sexual, erotic & relational diversity)
IFS (internal family systems) and parts work

Individual counselling $200 per 50 minute session; $300 per 90 minute session
Relationship counselling $200 per 50 minute session; $300 per 90 minute session
